For the attention of the US President George W. Bush

We strongly oppose to the expansion of Pyongtaek US military base camp.
Stop the compulsory removal plan of the residence. Negotiate about the expansion plan again.

1, We oppose the re-arrangement plan of US Armed Forces in South Korea which only raise a military strain in the Korean Peninsula and the whole area of Northeast Asia, and the reorganization plan of the US Armed forces in Japan and Okinawa. That only brings serious human right oppression and the destruction of life to the inhabitants of the surrounding area of the military base with keeping the peace of the Asian Pacific area away.

2, South Korean government announced that they have a plan to remove the houses of Daechuri and Douduri in Pyongtaek compulsory at the end of August. We can not permit to rob of even rich farmland or residence either for the expansion plan of the US base.

3,US government is directly responsible to this barbarous act to take even foods or houses away from resident in Pyongtaek. oreover , as for the procedure as well, there is a serious mistake in the agreement between South Korea and US government over US military base expansion plan in Pyongtaek. Of course you must negotiate again.

4, We continue the struggle against the reorganization plan of the US Armed forces in Japan and also devote ourselves toward the unification of the Korean Peninsula and the creation of the peace of Northeast Asia from now on, in hands in hands with the people who oppose to the re-arrangement plan of US Armed Forces in South Korea.

5, Now, we request that South Korean government to stop a compulsory removal plan and both US and South Korean government to start the re-conference of Pyongtaek US military base expansion plan at once. Furthermore, Japanese people say that they have anger against the trend of both South Korea and US government over the re-arrangement plan of US Armed Forces in South Korea.
