MND divided Whansaeul ricefield in to 4 part which is key poin of irrigation system. Rather run over our body! One of elderly was hurt on his head Ambulance for emergency didn't come for a long time. 6,000 Riot Police and hired servicers(gansters) were dispatched. ............ 200 Civic activists 31 activists were detained. 6 activists were warranted in prison. Pumping station was destroyed by poclain not to draw water into ricefield. Holes were made on the Water pipes. The bridge was destroyed in order that farming tractors can not pass. Cement was poured into waterway. Neverthless the waterway of Anseong river was protected by villagers Remicon and poclain couldn't continue their works.
